Agnes Scott Sustainability Stories: In Conversation with Faith Rashidi-Yazd

In honor of our September Conference, “Building a Better World: Women and Climate Justice,” we’re hosting conversations with ASC students, faculty, and alumni on Climate Justice. Our event is only three months away! Register for the event here and join us this fall as we work toward Building a Better World.

Faith Rashidi-Yazd ’20 was a part of Agnes Scott Center for Sustainability’s Environmental Resident Program during her time as a student and during her time in the program she worked on educating the campus community on a variety of sustainability topics, for example, the concept of zero waste and how it connects to social and environmental justice issues. Faith is now the Admission Experience Fellow in the Office of Admission at Agnes Scott!

Here she discusses climate justice, ASC’s environmental curriculum, and our role as members of society when it comes to the climate crisis.
